Foreclosure Intervention

Are you in the process of foreclosure?

Have you missed one or two payments on your mortgage?

Are you current on your mortgage but worried that soon you won't be able to afford it?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, please be aware that Flint NIPP is now offering free foreclosure prevention & intervention services to the community.  We will be holding classes that are geared to preventing foreclosure and also steps to take once the process of foreclosure has begun. Classes will cover the basics of foreclosure law, timelines, budgeting, loss mitigation options and predatory lending.  For those who find themselves in a more critical situation, one-on-one counseling with a trained counselor is available.  All foreclosure prevention & intervention services are free to the public.  Please download the documents below, fill them out to the best of your ability, and then contact our office to set up an appointment or to get information regarding our next group session.
