Foreclosure Intervention

Are you a homeowner?

Have you fallen behind on your mortgage?

Are you worried about foreclosure?

Have you answered yes to any of these questions? If so please be aware that Flint NIPP is now offering free foreclosure prevention & intervention services to the community.  Services are offered in group sessions or one on one counseling.  The groups sessions are geared to preventing foreclosure and will cover the basics of foreclosure law, timelines, budgeting, loss mitigation options and predatory lending.  For those who find themselves in a more critical situation, one on one counseling with a trained counselor is available.  All foreclosure prevention & intervention services are free to the public.  Please contact our office and set up an appointment, or check back for information regarding our next group session.
